PHRPM® Training & Certification Program

Objective

Professional in Human Resource Project Management (PHRPM®) training and certification program is designed for HR professionals who are either working in a management role, or are looking forward to excelling in their career in HR. While HR professionals are well-versed in their respective functional areas such as talent acquisition, training & development, compliance, compensation & benefits, etc., they are typically not exposed to the area of Project Management, which requires a different toolkit and skill-set. Technological innovation and automation are changing the ways organizations carry out their Human Resources operations and HR Managers are increasingly becoming involved in the area of HR projects. PHRPM training program enables HR managers to effectively manage HR projects from start to finish, providing them with technical as well as soft skills.
